The Printer Depot had the correct answer when I was just about to toss my printer. A very simple firmware update was all that was needed. Prior to Printer Depot, I left the printer with a shop quoting me $500 for a transfer belt replacement and no guarantees that would fix the issue. So huge Thanks to Printer Depot.
