Economical printing |
Instant-on Technology uses cutting-edge fuser technology that enables print jobs to begin quickly from Powersave mode. The Time To Completion (TTC) of a typical office print job can be nearly twice as fast from Powersave mode on this device with Instant-on Technology than on devices without it. An InfoTrends study shows the typical office print job is three to five pages long: http://www.infotrends.com/public/Content/Presentations/officeprinteruse.pdf. Actual results may vary. This means less waiting for prints and more time spent engaged in business. Instant-on Technology is designed to use up 50% less energy than traditional fusing. Printer can be set to multiple pages on a single sheet of paper for cost-effective printing of draft pages. Automatic two-sided printing will cut paper consumption in half and save money. |
